With summer break in full swing, there is a lot of togetherness. There are lots of people out and about and maybe your kids are at home all the time.

I would be lying if I said I never get frustrated with my kids or that I’m never the angry mom, but I’m a real person and can’t always use my Mary Poppins voice. Sometimes my patience well is depleted and I have come up with some ways to refill it.
